  • one 1/2 lbs of ground chuck

  • one tablespoon brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a massive pan cook the onions, garlic, celery, and scallions in the butter, above medium heat, for about five minutes, until finally the onions soften. Eliminate from heat, combine in the salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and milk, and let cool to space temperature.
